We treat  men with prostate enlargement.  We have state of the art imaging with ultrasound technique.   We offer medical therapy with DEA approved medicines. We offer minimally invasive Prostiva therapy for enlarged prostate.  Our techniques in this area are advanecd in a manner that utilize local anesthesia  guided via ultrasound expertise.  This means  the prostate can be treated in less  than 1 hour and the patient leaves our  office awake and alert.  We follow our patients closely and they are always welcome to call !

We use the latest approaches to treating this sensitive  and common complaint.  Our approach is patient goal directed.  We start with an office visit. We will often request hormone evaluation to measure testosterone level.  We usually initiate medical therapy.  We have frequent  seminars for our patients to attend. Dr. Lloyd-Smith has extensive experience in surgical therapy for penile implant of AMS LGX multi component penile prosthesis.  This is the state of the art device which men should consider if surgery is selected. 

We offer minimally invasive vasectomy.  This is done with single 1 cm  incision or non scalpel technique.  Our patients experience little or no pain due to accurate placement of local anesthetic.  Our current technique uses three steps to ensure success. We have easy to follow instructions before and after the procedure.

We treat patients for this common problem.  We use automated urinalysis, ultrasound and minimally invasive  tests to understand the reason for the incontinence.  We then offer the latest outpatient treatments to help improve the problem.  For both men and women, we  have access  to the most current technology to diagnose and treat urine incontinence. 

We  have treated over 3,600 patients at our new office since our opening in Jan 2008.  A substantial number of our patients have urologic tumors.  We offer the latest methods for diagnosis and treatment.  We have access  to computer images of x-rays of our cancer patients.  This allows us to make comparisons to show improving trends. We work closely with other tertiary centers to facilitate our patients care.  We  treat complicated tumors and work closely to aid our patients.

We have on site automated urinalysis. We use methods to precisely localized the urine infection.  We  have teaching methods to help our patients prevent urine infections. We rapidly treat  and followup on our patients. We use electronic prescribing of antibiotics to allow clear and rapid management of urine infections.
